blueberry cheese tarts


okayyy... another fattening junkies to add up in ur tummy... hehehhehe... my kids love this, my frens as well... but not mr smile as he dont eat sweet things... hmmm.. except my sweet smile of course... hahaahaha... few of my frens have requested this recipe... so, this is for u my frens... ;)

bahan-bahan:
pastry:
125g mentega/margarine (i prefer mentega)
1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 egg (medium size)
240g plain flour
filling:
250g cream cheese
1/2 cups granulated sugar
20g mentega (room temperature)
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 egg (medium size)
blueberry jam (mine is home made)

cara-cara nak molah:
pastry:
1. pukul mentega n gula sampai kembang/creamy.. masukkan telur. mix again, then baruk masukkan tepung.. this time, mix with hands ok? gaul until it become doh yg lembut..
2. roll the doh n masukkan dlm bekas tat.. tekan2 kan kemas2.. trim kan ujung2 nya with pisau..
3. masukkan dlm oven bersuhu 170-180celcius for 15-20mins.

filling:
beat the cream cheese, mentega, gula all together.. then masukkan telur n lemon juice.. mun ktk org perasan, asal ada cream cheese, mesti x jauh dgn lemon juice, rite? this is to make the taste of the cheese nyaman... hahahhahaa... to b exact, its to stabilize the tekstur ofhe cheese as well.. kata org puteh dlm tibi rya lah....

4. keluarkan pastry yg separa masak, masukkan cream cheese filling n sudukan blueberry jam.. to make it nicer, decorate the jam with tooth pick by swirling it or make like spider web shape... ;)
5. masukkan semula ke dlm oven n bake for another 10 mins or until the filling slightly dry.. u can try test the filling using the tooth pick... ;) if its not sticky, then its well done...
6. keluarkan dr acuan when its warm.. ok? so, dats it... my blueberry tarts.. some of it i watch from cooking show, n the recipe i compare with others in the recipes website... ;) sekiranya ada persamaan, ia mungkin kebetulan...
