blueberry cheese tarts


okayyy... another fattening junkies to add up in ur tummy... hehehhehe... my kids love this, my frens as well... but not mr smile as he dont eat sweet things... hmmm.. except my sweet smile of course... hahaahaha... few of my frens have requested this recipe... so, this is for u my frens... ;)

bahan-bahan:
pastry:
125g mentega/margarine (i prefer mentega)
1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 egg (medium size)
240g plain flour
filling:
250g cream cheese
1/2 cups granulated sugar
20g mentega (room temperature)
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 egg (medium size)
blueberry jam (mine is home made)

cara-cara nak molah:
pastry:
1. pukul mentega n gula sampai kembang/creamy.. masukkan telur. mix again, then baruk masukkan tepung.. this time, mix with hands ok? gaul until it become doh yg lembut..
2. roll the doh n masukkan dlm bekas tat.. tekan2 kan kemas2.. trim kan ujung2 nya with pisau..
3. masukkan dlm oven bersuhu 170-180celcius for 15-20mins.

filling:
beat the cream cheese, mentega, gula all together.. then masukkan telur n lemon juice.. mun ktk org perasan, asal ada cream cheese, mesti x jauh dgn lemon juice, rite? this is to make the taste of the cheese nyaman... hahahhahaa... to b exact, its to stabilize the tekstur ofhe cheese as well.. kata org puteh dlm tibi rya lah....

4. keluarkan pastry yg separa masak, masukkan cream cheese filling n sudukan blueberry jam.. to make it nicer, decorate the jam with tooth pick by swirling it or make like spider web shape... ;)
5. masukkan semula ke dlm oven n bake for another 10 mins or until the filling slightly dry.. u can try test the filling using the tooth pick... ;) if its not sticky, then its well done...
6. keluarkan dr acuan when its warm.. ok? so, dats it... my blueberry tarts.. some of it i watch from cooking show, n the recipe i compare with others in the recipes website... ;) sekiranya ada persamaan, ia mungkin kebetulan...

white chocolate brownies.... yummsss.. yummmssss.....

ok... hari ini kita ada new recipe..... actually, aku nangga TLC rya... bake! nama rancangan ya... tang senang jak nya molah brownies tok koh.... and aku padah ngan kak ros... harus, buat ni, kak!! haahhahaha... maka, jadi juak lah hasil nya... aku tukar2 n ejas2 lah recipe nya... n make my own first brownies.... n i told my helper yesterday, i hope it wont turn up to b 'burnt'nies.... haahhahaha....

ok... this is it!!

bahan-bahan nya:

2 bars white coklat ( i use eating white chocolate) - 1 of the bar, to be chopped..
1/4 cups butter
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs (yg besar.. mun kecik, pakei 3 igek)
1 teaspoon esen vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup almonds, chopped

glaze:
gula halus

cara nak molah nya:
1. mcm biasa, panas kan oven.. prepare baking pan.. glaze with butter.. tapi aku pakei cooking spray butter jak.. senang agik...
2. 1 bar of white chocolate n butter, mix in one bowl, heat in microwav e.. mun xda microwave, double boil lah k? make sure mixture blend together very smooth.. tips, x mok ada ketul2 the white chocolate... x kacak kelak... yup, this is a bit hard to do for first timers.. sbb the white chocolate, if its not 'co-operating'with u,nya akan ketul2 n u HAVE to press the chocolate towards the bowl.. n make it blend together... exercise keteyak mun mak aku nangga aku tertekan2 rah mangkuk ya.. hehehhe..
3. then, in mixer bowl, combine sugar, salt, eggs n beat highest speed.. reduce speed low, and masukkan melted chocolate with butter. this time, mix with spatula..
4. masukkan flour n baking powder together.. n the chopped almond n white chocolate as well.. in case the combination is very soft, add some more flour until the mixture x melekat tepi2 bowl.. mcm biskut lah tekstur nya.. tapi jgn keras glak k? brownies is in between cakes n biscuits mun mok tauk how the tekstur shud b... ;) dats another tips my frens... ;)
5. dah siap. put inside baking pan.. make sure oven is 350F or 170 celcius.. bake for 30-35 mins.. the baking pan, make sure its big enuff so that nya x tebal glak.. i use 9 inch pan.. still nya nampak tebal juak... hehehe.. but, its just nice...
6. finally, dah siap, tabur gula halus on top of it.. tapi aku x tabur sbb i just like the brown colour of the top.. ;) ekot suka lah mun nak tabur ka x.. mun mok kilat, sapu shortening.. or apricot glaze.. hehehe.. cut into squares when its cool enuf.. dont cut while its hot.. otherwise, it will breaks.. not so nice la....

sambal udang



bahan-bahan:
500g udang
15 tangkai cili kering *
2 ulas bawang putih *
3 ulas bawang merah *
belacan secukupnya *
air asam jawa ( mun makei pati asam jawa adabi ya, dlm 3/4 tablespoon la..)
2 1/2 tablespoon gula
garam secukupnya
serbuk perasa (ajinomoto)

gine nak molah tek:
1. udang dicuci, ada org nya suka udang ya fresh2 masuk gya ajak x payah buang kulit nak?  but for me, aku buang kulit except belah ekor nya n perut nya juak nak kedak tali ya eh... ketepikan..
2. cili kering ya, dipotong2 buang biji.. direbus.. ada org just rendam ajak ngan ayek panas... this is to kurangkan rasa pedas nya n sambal pun merah kacak juak... mun nak makei cili giling segera ya boleh juak.. pandey2 lah ktk org org ejas sukat nya k?
3. blend bahan2 bertanda *
4. dlm kuali yg dah ada minyak panas, masukkan bahan2 yg dah d blend ya tadik... tumis sehingga naik bau, kemudian masukkan air asam... tumis lagi sehingga hampir kering..
5. masukkan gula, serbuk perasa, garam n then udang... utk pengetahuan kwn2 semua, udang tok cepat masak... so, kacau perlahan2... di ingatkan, overcooked udang ya akan menyebabkan manis nya ilang.. i mean manis udang ya lah... n then selalunya serbuk perasa ya, aku jarang engkah... tapi mak ku engkah... hehehe...
6. cerik kan... hehehehe... pandey2 lah ktk org ejas rasa nya k? mun pedas gilak, tambah ckit gik gula n ayek asam.. mun nya masam gilak, tambah ayek n gula n garam..
7.  siap utk dihidangkan... prektis makes perfect... dah ktk org tauk gne molah tok, kompom its sooooo easy... ok? selamat mencuba... ;)

tips: bila udang ya dimasukkan, nya akan ngeluar ayek... so, jgn engkah ayek byk glak masa blend bahan2 ya... k? byk glak ayek, x kacak sambal ya kelak....

assalamualaikum wbt.... allloooooo..... apa cerita tek? heheheh... koatan lamak gilak aku x bukak blog to alu x ingat apa password nya.... ekekekke...

this saturday is sabrina big 1 year old day.... kejap jak ehh... tok nya dah pandey berjalan kayo2 dlm rumah... im sssoooooo busy lately.... gago ngan mcm2... tok baruk lah ada mood nak nyelepat mukak blog... apa tek... byk org mintak resepi... aku mala jak tangguh2... nang byk kerja koh... kan aku jual karipap lately... alhamdulillah.. laku koh... tapi this week aku x polah due to sabrina n sarah baruk lekak recover sakit.. sekali maok, duak2 masok spetar.... syukur, alhamdulillah... nya duak dah kamboh back as usual... yeayyyy....

so, aku mpun x byk gilak cerita koh... hehehe... mcm biasa, masak, ngasi anak mkn, tdo, maca novel.. nangga tv... nunggu babah balt kerja... raon, shopping.... hehehehe... byk cerita sebenarnya... semua dah ku apdet dlm fb... so, x perlu lah nak bercerita ctok juak nak owh? aku nak ngapdet resepi jak dolok.... ;) tedah kawan ku nurmah.. mala mintak resepi, aku mala jak x berik2.... sorry, mah... ;)
