Resepi!!!! Vogue peanut butter tarts!!

Resepi tok dah lamak dlm notes aku... Tapi malasss nak hapdet dlm blog.. Malas nak bukak laptop n malas nak save gambar.. Ince makei ipad tok it gets easier, so aku dtg rajin pagi tok.. So, sapa2 dah try polah ya kelak, hapdet laaaa.. K?this is my own recipe.. Trial n error n its yummylicious..


Vogue Peanut Butter Tarts

Crust:
250g salted butter
2 1/2 cups flour 
1 large egg
60ml water
2 tbs sugar

Filling:
125g salted butter
2 cups peanut butter (i put more sbb sukaaaa peanut butter)
2 large eggs
1 tbs corn startch
3 tbs double cream/whipped cream 
1/2 cup sugar


Cara molah:
Crust: butter dikiub, supaya senang gaul. Half melt pun x apa.. Masokkan telur, gula n tepung... Gaulkan semuanya.. Masokkan ayek ckit2.. Jgn ngejut.. Tepong gya juak.. Masokkan ckit2.. Tepong tok adjustable k? Selagik adunan masih lekat d tgn, keep masokkan tepong... Until benar2 sebati n bulat kacak.. No need to put in the fridge as we have eggs in the dough.. Leave it aside..

Filling: masokkan butter n sugar.. Mix until sebati n kembang.. As we use only little sugar, don expect it will b fluffy as usual... Masokkan telor.. Pukul lagik until rata n sebati.. Then masokkan peanut butter.. This time, blast to medium speed about 5-6mins.. Then masokkan corn starch.. Medium speed again about 3 mins.. Siap!!


Roll the doh n masokkan dlm acuan.. This one is easy rite?? Then masokkan filling terus.. Bake in oven 25 mins for 170-180 degree until golden brown. Bkn hangus k?? To check sama ada nya masak or x, cucok dgn tooth pick.. Siap utk d hidang!! 

P/s: nak keluarkan tarts dr acuan senang jak.. Use tooth pick.. Hehehe.. Mun x faham for anything, wassap me!! Yup, this is my ownnn recipe.. Hehehe...

Tadaaaaaa.. Siap! Boleh simpan lam fridge mun suka mkn cold desserts... ;) enjoy!!
